ThriftyRome Store Policies
Welcome to ThriftyRome. We appreciate your support and want to make sure every customer fully understands our store policies before placing an order. Please take the time to carefully review the following terms. By purchasing from ThriftyRome, you are agreeing to these policies.
1. No Refunds or Returns
All sales made through ThriftyRome are final. We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. This includes issues related to sizing, fit, or buyer’s remorse. Vintage and secondhand clothing may come with natural signs of wear, fading, or distressing — these are part of the unique qualities that make each piece one of a kind. We encourage all customers to read product descriptions carefully and look at product photos in detail before making a purchase.
2. Product Condition
ThriftyRome sells curated vintage and thrifted apparel. Many of our items are pre-owned, meaning they may not be in brand-new condition. Any major flaws, stains, or damages will be noted in the product description to the best of our ability. Minor imperfections such as slight wear, fading, or fraying are normal with vintage garments and are not considered grounds for a refund or return.
3. Discount Codes and Promotions
Discount codes must be entered at checkout to be applied. Codes cannot be added retroactively to an order once it has been placed. If you experience any issues applying a discount code, please email us at ThriftyRome@gmail.com before completing your order. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
4. Order Issues
If you encounter any problems with your order — such as receiving the wrong item, missing items, or significant damage during shipping — please contact us immediately at ThriftyRome@gmail.com. We ask that you include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. Our team will review the situation and work with you to find a fair solution, which may include store credit or a replacement item if available. Please note that store credit is issued at our discretion and refunds are never provided.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders as quickly as possible, but please allow for normal processing times before expecting tracking information. Once your order has been shipped, ThriftyRome is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the shipping carrier. If you encounter a delivery issue, you may need to file a claim directly with the carrier. We recommend double-checking your shipping address before completing checkout to avoid delays or misdeliveries.
6. Customer Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all information entered at checkout is accurate, including email, shipping address, and payment details. ThriftyRome is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

By making a purchase through ThriftyRome, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all store policies listed on this page. These policies are in place to protect both our business and our customers while ensuring a clear and fair shopping experience.
